Marina Dorcol, primarily a residential project with over 140,000 m2, includes apartments, commercial and office space, hotel, large green areas, parks, walking lanes, parking space, and garages. Marina Dorcol is a unique project located around old Dorcol Marina on the right
river bank of Danube, just a ten minute walk from the city centre. The idea was not only to create space for living, but in particular, space for life.
The new housing complex will be surrounded by the river, which will offer a unique ambiance. Apartments are designed with panoramic windows, large balconies and terraces with a view to the river. Around the buildings are planned wide green areas, parks and playgrounds, as well as commercial space for small shops, cafés and restaurants. Belgrade will have its first modern marina for yachts, boats and small ships. This could make the Dorcol Marina Belgrade’s newest tourist destination. For many foreign tourists, this site will represent their first contact with Serbian capital. Due for completion in four to five years.
