Art. Lebedev Studio - Keyboard without keys

Optimus Tactus concept keyboard by Art. Lebedev Studio does not have physical keys, which means there are no restrictions on their shape and size.

Any part of the keyboard surface can be programmed to perform any function or to display any images.

  2. I want one :P

  3. i must have it

  4. Clearly not designed by a typist.

  5. It looks great. But there’s no tactile response. Anyone used to touch typing will be screwed. To compare, pretend to type on a flat surface. Comfortable?

  6. Optimus definitely makes some nice keyboards. Too bad they cost about $1000 to $1500
