Thanks to plants used in aerospace industry , this appliance will allow us to improve our quality of life by filtering water and air. In closed position, the workspace and the sink (including dishes inside) are washed up with vegetal soap also provided by plants. The kitchen becomes then a green space in your flat.

  1. Yeah, right. Throw in the words “aerospace industry” and the folks will believe any nonsense you throw at them. You shoulda waited to post this: April Fool’s is only 5 weeks away.

  2. Great! But would prefer to see gas heat (flame) rather than electric - as flame is more healthy and natural than AC (household) current. Also, the electric current could affect the plants above.

  3. Wouldn’t you hate it if you got a weed infestation…

  4. Do the plants have to be of a specific type? It would be awesome if you could plant your own herb garden in there.

  5. I hate to be the party pooper on something this innovative, but I don’t know how this works out unless you have it up against a huge window so your planets get light. Not to say this couldn’t work, but whenever I see stand alone sinks they never show pipes or hoses for water and if you have cabinets in your kitchen putting the top up is out.
    Really cool looking however.

  6. I recieved info over Aion - kitchen of the future | Kontrast blog - Kontrast Magazine and Month of design from my classmate Fernald . This is keen tips and also much accurate .

  7. It’s pretty obvious this designer has never actually worked in a kitchen before.
